Help me give my students a basic supply restock of items that we use daily.

My Project

This project is a basic supply restock for my kindergarten classroom. My students and their families are almost all considered economically disadvantaged and are unable to help with classroom supplies.

I am asking for supplies that I use daily in my classroom.

I am asking for glue sticks, because we use these daily. I currently only have enough for half of my students. We use glue sticks almost daily in my classroom and they are essential to my classroom.

I am asking for dot markers, because they have been helpful kinesthetic learning tools for my students. We use these almost daily as well and I now do not have enough for my class as many have ran out of ink due to the amount of times they have been used. My students use these to dot out letters and numbers. They are also used for art projects.

I am asking for dry erase markers and erasers, because using these in my classroom boosts engagement. Students are far more engaged with their learning when we are using these as opposed to paper and pencil.

I am asking for prize bin items, because my school is a PBIS school. This means we have agreed as a site to use positive behavior reinforcements. I need more prizes in order to best continue the PBIS model in my classroom.

I am asking for snacks, because at recess, many of my students have nothing to eat. Many of my students tell me they are hungry. I try my best to purchase food for them when I can, but I would love to be able to get some donated.
