This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I work with 38 amazing preschool children with an age range from 3 to 5 years old in Chicago, Illinois. They burst through the classroom door exited and ready to explore!

My preschoolers have a deep love of learning and doing, each interest area in our classroom is overflowing with their ideas, wonders, and curiosities.

With your generous donation, I will be able to continue to provide my amazing preschoolers with the materials they need to continue their educational journey of joy, wonder, curiosity, inquiry, discovery, and love.

My Project

Our amazing preschoolers work in all the interest self choice areas in our classroom. We need new puzzles to replace the ones that are missing pieces and broken. They have been challenging themselves with puzzles which is part of their IB Learner Profile Project of being Knowledgeable. We need paint, clay, paper and tape for our preschoolers to be able to work for extended time in the self choice areas for their year end projects on our IB Learner Profile Project.

Their end year project will be a collection of work samples with their IB Reflection Statements, which each child will use to create a book to take home.
