Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am applying for supplies I need for my second-grade classroom. Students work in reading, math, and cooperative play centers throughout the day. I requested headphones because they are crucial for the daily usage of digital programs. Stem and strategy games are a great way to extend the students' thinking during cooperative play. I can also use these activities for indoor recess. I also asked for a laminating machine to help create projects we make in the classroom. Laminating is a great way to help to create centers. Throughout Reading, Foundations, and Math my students use expo markers to practice the daily standards I teach. In addition, I believe in flexible seating. This is an excellent way to engage students with the flexibility and the choice of seating. Finally, I did included a chair to use during my guided reading and math groups each day when working with students on a daily basis. All your assistance is appreciated.
