My Students

I am blessed to teach first grade on a Native American Indian Reservation. My students are intelligent, motivated, cheerful, kind, and eager to learn.

My students are extremely hardworking and deserve nothing but the best.

My students are curious about the world around them, and love to explore and investigate the curiosities of our world. Our K-12 school district is categorized as very high poverty; 100% of the student population is on free or reduced-price lunch. I want to make the days my students spend at school extremely special and memorable, but I need a little bit of help!

My Project

I am humbly asking for a variety of supplies for my incredible students to use all year long.

These supplies will provide my students the tools they need to be successful.

The pens will be used to edit their writing, the caddies will store their supplies, the clock will help them learn how to tell time, the doorbell will signal the students for transition times, the play doh will be used to teach 2D and 3D shapes, as well as fractions. The students will incorporate technology into their days with the eggspert to reinforce and review their learning. Students will employ the Expo markers during their Math work, and the daubers will be used to reinforce Math Facts. These supplies will support and encourage learning in my classroom. They will be used and appreciated by an awesome group of kiddos (and one very grateful teacher!)
