Help me give my students the supplies necessary to become awesome learners in class such as headphones, markers, pencils etc. These items along with the others will make my students feel successful .
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
These items will give my students in need the opportunities and experiences needed to be successful. Our school is very rural and low socio-economic status. Many of our students are in need of school supplies.
These items will be greatly appreciated by both parents and students.
Many of our students don't have the means to get their own supplies. Having them available to them makes their school experiences less stressful for both parents and students.
Students will be able to have their own headphones for electronic learning, own supplies for art and writing projects and many other items that will make learning fun. These items will help my students in all subjects. The supplies can be used for writing, art, math, and everything else. These supplies will be some of the best tools they have to learn daily.
We plan to use the items to do a lot of hands on learning such as drawings for math, writing essays, coloring fun learning pages in social studies and science. The glue sticks, scissors, and markers will allow my students to be creative explorers. They will have the opportunity to create paper models and write creative stories. They will also be able to stay organized with the various colored folders. Each folder will be used for a subject and this way students don't waste time looking for schoolwork. They will be ready to learn and achieve!
