Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students attend school in a low income/high poverty school district. Many of the students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite these challenges, they come to school excited to learn. Their love of learning is what I love most about my students.

I would like to be able to give them the basic supplies, such as notebooks, crayons, and pencils, that they will need throughout the school year.

I am requesting headphones as we spend a lot of time learning on laptops. The headphones will help the students remain focused on their own work and lessons. I am also asking for some cleaning supplies and tissues that will be used all year.

Please help my future stars with their continued success moving forward into the next school year. Thank you!
