Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My school and community of students come from a very diverse area where many are low income. Unfortunately they do not all have the means to start the school year with the supplies they need.

I would love to be able to give my students the ability to start fifth grade with everything they need to feel confident and driven to have a successful year.

Some of the supplies I incorporate into my classroom are also to help teach and keep students organized. After this school year they head into middle school where they have to have their own organizational skills to be successful. I like to work on teaching my students and giving them the tools to be prepared and organized for their future. All of these school supplies would help my students have a great school year!
