Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will serve a two-fold purpose: It will bring closure to my current students and a great beginning to my upcoming students. Organization is a key to being prepared and ready to learn. The folders will help my students keep their work handy and orderly.

The plastic folders and markers will help me welcome my new upcoming students with the materials needed to be successful in my classroom.

They will receive a sturdy folder for homework and for class work. They will receive the markers and dry-erase pens for the artwork and class discussions we will be having on a weekly basis.

In preparation for the closing of the school year, I will use the packing tape to store the books and classroom materials that I use on a yearly basis. Everything has to be put away at the end of year in order for the cleaning crew to wax and get the room ready for the next coming year. The packing tape will come in very handy for that purpose.
