My Project

Please consider helping supply our incentive store! Our school is small and our population is made up of students with behavior issues. It is a high school and we are implementing a behavior system where the students will be rewarded with small prizes for their good behavior. They have to earn points throughout the day that will be converted into a monetary amount. Then they can use the "money" they earned to "buy" items in our school store. This will be a way for them to earn "money" to buy their own things. We will be rewarding good behavior and teaching real world values! Our staff is amazing and asked to go above and beyond every day for our students. Our school has a staff of 15 people. These people are asked to donate their time and their money to supply the school store themselves. We are all happy to do this because it makes our students very happy.

Now that we are implementing this new program, we need to update our inventory.

If the students see fidgets, markers, snacks, calm strips and other new items, especially new items that they love, it will give them the push that they need to behave. We have had a hard year with behaviors. Something needs to change, and our staff really feels this is the change we need to help our students make better choices.

Our students do not always get the things that they want. Our staff pays for things out of their pocket far to often to give our students a little treat. Updating our inventory would be a great way to inspire our students to work towards earning the points that they need to buy something for themselves.
