Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students I teach are often struggling. Many are lacking the skills a high school student should have mastered. I spend a lot of time in my classroom guiding them and teaching them the basics of reading and writing, research, and social skills. They often need a lot of help and support.

Despite their struggles, my students are amazing.

They work hard and try to overcome their obstacles. It is important that they are given the materials that other students have.

My Project

I am requesting candy, pens, and folders for my students so that I can reward them for working hard and behaving appropriately. It would be amazing if every student was motivated by good grades. Unfortunately, that is not always the case. Also, students who are consistently working hard and behaving well are not rewarded.

I would like to reward students who are working hard and behaving appropriately with fun rewards.

Even high school students love getting candy and toys, and they love it when their hard work is recognized. I would like to build up a store of goodies to reward them.
