Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I work in a rural area, and some of my students cannot afford supplies. I love motivating students to learn. I know students have different ways of learning. My students are special because they are very determined to be successful. My students are also very eager to learn. They come in class every day on time and attentive.

I teach math, and I want to make my students more productive and excited about learning.

They are very awesome kids and witty.

My Project

These materials will make a difference in my students' learning because they come to school with no supplies. My students need paper and pencils in order to work out their math problems. I need copier paper to make copies for homework and to make anchor charts for class.

I also need household supplies so I can keep my room sanitized.

This will make sure my students stay healthy so that they don't miss a day from learning. The majority of my class come from low income families and do not have the extra money to buy these, and I need help.
