Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I teach Autistic Support Students from grades 9-12 in an inner-city school. All of my students are teenage boys who are always hungry. The school lunch just does not fill them up! They are constantly asking for snacks and I have been trying to keep up with them all year long.

My students are always hungry!

My goal is to have snacks to use when they are hungry so that they can focus better on their academics and finish up this school year strong.

The students will be so excited to see boxes of snacks coming in for them from people who care about them and have never met them. Thank you for considering feeding my teenagers!
