This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school has many families that speak English as a second language and are newcomers to our country. Our school would like to offer classes to assist our families in learning the English language.

Our problem, we do not have a screen large enough to project videos, slideshows and vocabulary pictures to our students and families so that everyone would be able to clearly see.

The screen, projector and speakers will allow our staff and students to share necessary learning videos, slideshows, and pictures with all the students, parents, and families. These materials will allow the whole school and parents to see the class materials offered and hopefully increase the opportunity for our families to learn a new language.
