My Students

My students have been learning at home for about a month and a half now. It has been hard for them to understand and accept the fact that we can't go to school now, but they're trying their best to adapt and strive. With distance learning in place, my hope is that my project can help and bring fun to my students to make their learning experience a little easier.

My Project

My students have been learning at home for about a month and a half now. It has been hard for my students to understand and accept the fact that we can't go to school now, but they're trying their best to adapt and continue to amaze me every day. My students used to get daily and weekly rewards for positive behavior and good work.

Remote learning is harder for my special needs students, therefore motivating them for trying their best is extremely important.

I am trying to get them excited and motivate them using their highly preferred items such as favorite books/characters (Pete the Cat, Joker), and favorite puzzles or trains. I know my kids will be super excited with these surprises and this makes me so happy.
