This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help us send our students off for the summer with reading essentials! Our students have worked hard to overcome pandemic-related learning loss. The reading culture in our school is growing! We want to keep the momentum going over the summer by providing the students what they need to keep reading. We have many books to give out to students sourced from various sources. We want to send the students home with the books along with bookmarks and reading lights to help them create a reading space in their home. This project provides us with baggies for the students to take home their book selections, along with the bookmarks and lights. Please help us brighten our students' summer with books!
