Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach in a Title I school in an integrated pre-K classroom where many of my preschoolers receive free and reduced price breakfast and lunch. Many of the families are not able to purchase the materials that their children so desperately need to be successful students.
My ambitious, energetic and innovative students are our future!
They continue to inspire me to be a better educator everyday!
My Project
These materials will allow my little scholars hours of fun and creative activities. The workbooks will be a useful tool for practicing and enhancing skills in all domains, and will be essential for those students who receive occupational therapy services.
Please help me to provide fun, age-appropriate materials to help keep my little scholars stay engaged in hands-on activities during the uncertainty of the summer months ahead.
These will be used as a tool not only to foster learning in these remote times, but also as a way to keep my preschoolers safe at home.
