Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Basic supplies are a must for all students. Unfortunately, many parents are trying to provide shelter and food for their family that they are not able to provide the basic supplies their kids need in school. All students feel engaged and accepted when they are able to go and get the things they need.

I want to provide my students with a "Tool Center", where they can go and get the "tools" they need to be successful in school.

There will be drawers that are labeled with a picture and word of the school supply you can find inside. Students will feel free to go and get what they need. Anything from pencils, markers, crayons, highlighters, dry erase boards, and much more.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
