My students are a diverse, fun-loving group, who work hard to be the best that they can be. Their 5th grade year is their final year of elementary school, and it gives them the opportunity to come together and be role models for the rest of the school.
Our 5th graders are given the opportunity to play team sports, volleyball and flag football, against other schools in our district!
This is a special opportunity for our 5th grade students and helps them prepare for team sports in middle school. For many of our students, this is their first opportunity to be a part of a team sport.
These cones and practice jersey will help our students to have more efficient practices. They will be able to tell who is on their team during football practices more easily, allowing them to focus on the skills they are learning and not who is on their team.
Cones will help to set up a variety of drills and block off field areas for students to practice.
By having field areas marked off, students will be able to better see the area they are playing in. Cones will also allow the coaches to set up multiple drills to help the athletes learn even more skills.
