My Project

My first grade scholars are some of the most energetic, creative, and caring students I have ever worked with. They come into the classroom each day excited to learn, ask questions, and support one another. Every student in my classroom learns differently, which is why I work hard to create an environment that is engaging, welcoming, and supportive for all learners. I love watching my students grow academically while also building confidence, independence, and positive relationships with their classmates.

The materials requested for our classroom will help my students stay focused, motivated, and actively engaged throughout the school day.

Flexible seating and sensory tools will provide students with comfortable learning options that support attention and self-regulation. Literacy and math materials will allow scholars to practice important skills in hands-on and interactive ways, while classroom supplies like headphones, books, dry erase materials, and organizational tools will help make learning more accessible and meaningful for every child.

My goal in receiving these materials is to continue creating a classroom where all students feel successful and excited about learning. I want my scholars to have the tools and resources they need to reach their full potential, build confidence in themselves, and develop a lifelong love for learning.
