My Project

I am requesting a DJI camera so students can safely record positive moments on campus without using personal phones. Each week, students will take turns capturing moments of kindness, teamwork, leadership, and school spirit. They will edit short videos and share them with classmates and families to celebrate the heart of our school community.

Our school is full of meaningful moments that often go unnoticed: a student helping a friend, classmates working together, or children showing kindness and leadership.

I want my students to learn how to notice, record, and share these stories.

I am requesting a DJI camera so students can create short campus videos without using personal phones during the school day. This will give them a safe, school-approved tool for digital storytelling. Each week, students will take turns recording one positive moment on campus, editing the video, and sharing it with classmates and families.

This project will help students build communication, collaboration, creativity, and digital citizenship skills. More importantly, it will help them see that kindness matters and that their voices can help build a stronger school community.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
