My Students

Go Mustangs! The athletes at SEMS come from many different backgrounds. The athletic department has a goal to provide a safe environment for our students to participate in whichever sport they want. They learn many life lessons through these sports. Accountability, responsibility, and teamwork are three aspects of life that are learned through our school sports.

My Project

Donations to this project will go directly to the sports teams (football, softball, volleyball, basketball, track, soccer, wrestling, golf, and tennis) at SEMS. These teams work hard during both the season and during the off-season. This project requests different dumbbells sets in varying weights that make training accessible to all of the athletes here at SEMS regardless of their strength training background. Teaching safety and the fundamentals of lifting is important for lifelong fitness after sports.

They learn life lessons through the sports of football, baseball, track and field, basketball, volleyball, golf, and soccer.

Accountability, responsibility, and teamwork are three aspects of life that are learned through these sports.
