Help me give my students Storyworks Magazine that we can use in small group stations to increase reading comprehension.

My Project

This school year, I am focusing on reading stations to be able to work with my students more in a small group setting. When I am able to work with a few students at a time, I can really hone in on their strengths and weaknesses. This way I am able to better support their learning and differentiate the curriculum.

Storyworks will be used during these small group stations to not only work on reading skills but also to expose my students to a rich curriculum that is interesting for them to read.

We will be sharing print copies of this magazine during station time but each student in both 4th-grade classes who will be using this text will be able to access the digital version to work through the magazine at their own pace. These magazines are great for differentiation in our classroom. I will be able to guide students during our time in the small group setting then they will be able to complete activities tailored to their own learning during independent learning time.
