My Students

My school is a Title I school in Central Arkansas. My school serves students Pre-K through fifth grade. Approximately 90% of our students are on a free or reduced price lunch program. Many of the students do not come to school prepared with the materials they need to be successful.

This is my second year teaching and my first year teaching first grade.

I want nothing but the best for my students and for their education. I want them to leave my classroom with a love for learning.

My Project

My school recently bought Storybook STEM from Teachers Pay Teachers but was unable to purchase the books that are needed to go along with them. I love STEM and so do my students and I would love to be able to do these activities with my students but before we can do them we need the books!

I am a part of my school's STEAM Team and the administration wants me to do as much STEAM as I possible can so these books would be super useful in my room.

I cannot wait to be able to use these books to enhance my student's STEAM skills!
