My Students
I will be starting a new journey in my teaching career next year. I will be joining two amazing first grade teachers to become our other first-grade teacher. Next year we will be adding two more classes. As a team of four teachers, we will be working with a wide range of learners in our classes. Our class will be filled with students from all types of backgrounds and types of learning styles. Our school is a Tiles I school and we have students and families from all kinds of classes. Our school does the best it can to make sure that our students get the supplies that they need to use at home and in the classroom.
As teachers, we work hard to differentiate between all the different types of learners in our classroom to make learning accessible to all students.
Our school has a wonderful community of families and staff that works really hard to make sure students have a wonderful learning environment and have all materials they need to support them.
My Project
This is a project that will help my students stay organized when they find their just right reading books. I will be giving each student will get their own book bin to use to help them stay organized and to know what books they can read during silent reading time.
By getting this bins and baskets that I will be using for center organization I will ensure that my students can keep track of the material that we are using daily.
My students will be able to use the book bins to get books at their level so that they can always read a just right book.
