My Project

My technology classroom is not just a place for learning, but it's also a community. My goal is to make every student feel welcomed and successful when they come to my room so it's the little things that make a difference.

I have requested lip balms to give out to my students when needed along with birthday pencils to give to students on their birthdays.

I want students to feel like they can focus on learning. Students are excited on their birthdays so I want them to feel like they are acknowledged on their special day by giving them a pencil (which happens to also help them focus on their work). Also, I don't want students to worry about having to go to the nurse during class for their dry lips so they can just get a lip balm from my medical drawer. This keeps my students in class to spend more time learning. These two items seem so simple but they are huge in helping my students focus in class on learning.
