Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The alphabet and number puzzles and activities will enable my students to learn through hands-on exploration. The STEM activities will teach my students cause and effect as they learn to utilize the materials. I would like my students to develop pre-kindergarten skills through discovery.

My goals are to introduce my students to multisensory learning through play and engagement.

My students are special as they have a diagnosis of either developmental delay or autism. They learn best through hands-on activities that are engaging. They are not always receptive to traditional learning, for example paper/pencil activities like worksheets.
