Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our annual school carnival is one of the most anticipated events of the year. It is a celebration that brings together students, families, and staff for a day of fun, connection, and community spirit. To make this event even more organized, welcoming, and memorable, we are requesting funding for an inflatable ticket booth. This eye-catching and functional addition will serve as the central hub for ticket sales and help streamline operations while creating a festive atmosphere.

Each year, our carnival relies on temporary tables and makeshift setups for ticket distribution, which can lead to long lines, confusion, and missed opportunities for engagement.

An inflatable ticket booth would provide a clearly visible, designated space that students and families can easily find. Its bright, playful design will add to the excitement and help set the tone for a joyful, well-organized event.

Beyond logistics, the carnival plays an important role in strengthening our school community. It offers students a chance to build social skills, celebrate their achievements, and create lasting memories with peers and loved ones. By improving the structure and flow of the event, we can ensure that everyone spends less time waiting and more time enjoying activities.
