My Project

STEM is important to incorporate into all classrooms, especially elementary special education classrooms. STEM provides students with opportunities to think critically, work collaboratively and solve problems!

Hands-on, engaging, exciting STEM materials will encourage students to explore and experiment.

The Magna-Tiles, magnetic building blocks, and STEM workbooks will provide endless opportunities for my emotional support students to be creative and innovative. I plan to designate a specific time in our daily schedule to STEM. These materials will aid in laying the foundation for future learning and careers in science, technology, engineers and math!

STEM materials open the door for endless possibilities for students. Introducing STEM materials at a young age and will help foster their love for discovery and innovation.
