Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

This project will allow me to complete STEM activities with students in all grades at our elementary school. STEM will be a new class at our school so these materials will be a starting block for building our STEM lab and giving students the materials they need to be successful in science, technology, engineering and math. It will also provide students with safety materials they may need when completing different projects and investigations. Students will have hands on materials they can use while in their STEM resource class next school year. The skeleton will aid in our human body unit that all grades complete. It will give students a better idea what their bodies look like, and helping to identify bones.
