Help me give my students a more comprehensive STEM lab! Students will engage in Virtual Reality technology to explore the world around us! They will also do that from the comfort of their bouncing ball seats!
The students that I work with are the gifted students. They all come from various backgrounds with a variety of struggles. My school is a full Title One school. The students know what it feels like to want for even the basic necessities in life.
The students I teach are extremely talented and unique thinkers.
They often supply the topic of interest and we explore together. I supply them with tools to create and navigate the world around them. They are a group of extremely talented children that need be matched with the right tools. The right tools will allow them to exceed their own expectations!
Students learn best by doing! With these items, we are hoping to put the latest technology in the hands of our students. These tools will empower them and engage their critical thinking skills!. Students will use the Virtual Reality goggles to explore a multitude of topics and places.
They will do so from the comfort of their bouncing chairs, to enhance their learning experience.
Most students spend many hours sitting in classrooms. These balls will help students exert energy while they are critical thinking.
In addition, students will be engaging in STEM projects, that are more eco-friendly, utilizing the K'Nex components that include solar panels for the students to explore alternative energy sources. All these items work towards the goal of engaging our students in critical thinking for the future!
