My Students

This year I have started to teach students in a whole different capacity as the STEM cluster. I will work to incorporate the 4 disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math to bring STEM alive in our school. My students range from kindergarten through 5th grade and I teach a variety of learners. From students with special needs to Horizon or ICT students, to our more independent learners, all students have access to STEM-related activities at all levels when they visit me.

I look forward to listening to the buzzing and chatting in my classroom as students try new strategies, share ideas and work as a team to become problem solvers.

We are all ready for the new and exciting adventures that our STEM classroom will bring.

My Project

The materials in this project will help my students use the Engineering and Design process to solve a real world problem.

This Engineering Adventure will help my learners find out more about the role engineering plays in their lives and the world around them.

This project will encourage them to become packing engineers and collaborate, develop and design aid drop packages to help people in need. I can't wait to see where their imaginations will take them! This will be a great culminating activity and the perfect opportunity to try our what they have learned. I'm excited to send my students on this Adventure.
