Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I would like to help my students explore their creative sides with STEM activities. These STEM activities will include items such as magnetic tiles, magnetic robots, slime, building blocks, dinosaur magnetic tiles, and more. They will keep my students engaged, using critical thinking skills, fine motor skills, and problem solving.

STEM activities encourage students to think outside of the box while collaborating with peers.

Research supports that STEM activities help expand children's minds and make them better able to learn new material in math and reading. These activities will be a great addition to our recess and fun Friday supplies.
