STEM Is Our Future
Help me give my students hands-on STEM activities to expand their science skills.
Every morning in my classroom, I start off by greeting each student with a hello! I believe as a teacher it is important to recognize each student by name, giving them a sense of worth in my classroom. I want students to feel valued and cared for!
My students come from many diverse backgrounds.
We have a diverse group of scholars who come in at all different levels and abilities. My classroom has twenty-five students in it. The community I work in is a welcoming, warm, and compassionate community.
In our school, we have had a challenging time fitting in science due to high demands on other areas. My partner teacher and I are working on incorporating one STEM day a week and need supplies to help make this possible.
By donating to this project, you are helping students explore science and problem solving in real world situations and giving students an opportunity to work together and find solutions.
I am a huge STEM advocate and want my students to have skills that they can take into real world situations and solve problems. Please consider helping my students use hands-on materials to expand their learning.
DonorsChoose makes it easy for anyone to help a classroom in need. Public school teachers from every corner of America create classroom project requests, and you can give any amount to the project that inspires you.
