STEM in Social Studies

My Project

Within social studies, there are many opportunities for STEM projects. STEM projects introduce coding within a general education classroom. Sphero Minis are a great introduction to coding in a fun and engaging way.

These robots will give my students more opportunities for hands-on experience with coding.

These robots will help them spark a love of STEM and programming thinking, skills that will help them throughout their lives. This will help them tackle the challenges that will face them in their future endeavors by allowing them to build a growth mindset and develop their problem-solving skills. No matter what job field they pursue, these are the skills that will serve them well.
