My Project

As we prepare to begin the 2026–2027 school year, I want my students to enter a STEM classroom that is fully equipped for exploration, discovery, and hands-on learning. To make these meaningful experiences possible, we are requesting essential classroom and laboratory supplies, including printer ink cartridges, active dry yeast, balloons, Biuret’s solution, and Benedict’s solution.

STEM learning comes to life through hands-on activities, collaborative investigations, and team based projects that encourage students to explore, create, problem-solve, and apply their knowledge to real-world situations.

These supplies will help transform scientific concepts into engaging experiences where students can ask questions, test ideas, observe results, and make evidence-based conclusions.

The Biuret’s and Benedict’s solutions and active dry yeast will allow students to conduct investigations that reveal the presence of important biological molecules and make otherwise invisible concepts visible through chemical reactions in real time. These experiences help students connect classroom content to authentic scientific phenomena while strengthening their critical-thinking, data-analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Our classroom printing station is another important part of our STEM learning environment. Printer ink cartridges will allow students to create and print models, diagrams, project materials, engineering designs, and other visual representations of their learning.

With your support, our classroom can be ready for hands-on STEM learning from the very first day of school. These materials will provide students with opportunities to investigate scientific phenomena, see results unfold before their eyes, analyze data, defend claims with evidence and reasoning, and demonstrate mastery through authentic application.

Thank you for helping us make the 2026–2027 school year one filled with exploration, achievement, and STEM learning that truly comes to life though the eyes of the students!
