Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The school, along with our entire school district, qualifies as Title I. Our school is located directly off of a major highway in California. We take pride in and see our school as a constant resource in the local community.
With digital learning and many materials online, my students are learning, with the rest of the world, how to change, adapt, and grow in order to become successful.
My students come to school in hopes of having a safe, engaging, and collaborative classroom. School today can have many challenges. We hope to challenge students to overcome and prove that they, too, deserve opportunities for growth. With your help, we can make sure they have the materials for success, health, and happiness.
My Project
This project is requesting an easy to use projector and heavy duty extension cord for our STEM & STEAM Family Night events.
With this system we will be able to use the new projector during both our indoor and outdoor family events at school--and have the power from additional outlets on the Link 2 Home extension cord to plug in all our devices.
This medium range projector has 8,000 lumens and should be bright and visible for our students, staff, and families to see. There is a Bluetooth option to easily connect to our school's portable speaker and it is built into the Native brand projector.
