Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Students can flex their engineering brain when stacking cups. This is actually a new sport that involves many different skills. Critical thinking and fine motor skills are put to the test.

Our students have never witnessed cup stacking before.

Help them get experience and feel successful while learning a new skill. Cup stacking helps students to explore planning, predicting, recording data, and summarizing information. These are all important STEM skills.

I have requested enough cups for my classes to use in pairs. I have also requested stopwatches to time ourselves. I'd love to have a tournament.
