Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project was created to provide the students in my self-contained behavior class the opportunity to learn ELA and math concepts in a creative and hands on way. Each of them have unique needs, most of which center around the long process of learning new things. In addition, they work each week on their behavior to maintain appropriate behavior and therefore earn weekly mystery motivator projects. We are requesting Gingerbread House Kit, STEM Starters Getting Started Kit: Balloon Cars, Paint Your Own Stepping Stones and more.

They look forward each week to finding out what the mystery project is, and working to maintain their behavior to earn it.
