My Students

My students come to school every day to learn in a full inclusion environment. As a charter school, our families seek out our classroom environment. My fourth graders are passionate about coming to school every day and are excited to learn!

My students come from diverse backgrounds and learning abilities.

Together, we build a community of learners. My students come from different areas of San Diego to join in one class. We learn and grow together as a group each year.

My Project

My fourth graders have diverse interests and love to learn!

Many of them are intrigued by the world around them and want to learn about everything related to science, technology and math.

My students complete a 40 Book Challenge during fourth grade and these books will help engage them in reading different genres and stories with varying characters.

These books will be used to facilitate book clubs for the students. They will be able to engage in conversations about the STEM subjects in each of these stories and work on the collaborative skills.
