My Project

Starting a brand new class this year that will reach all 600+ students in our 3-5 building. New curriculum to be written and new supplies that are definitely necessary. The curriculum will include science standards for Ohio, which is why the marble runs are so exciting to list. 4th graders will work with potential and kinetic energy and not have to completely build from scratch. But what a great way to start the creative process!

Starting a STEAM lab is a dream come true and being able to share with all the students in the building will be wonderful.

The supplies in this project are mainly reusable and that is a necessity when working with so many kids. The building and Geoboards will help with kids as they think through things and work together.

As students explore the world and learn how things work, they develop critical thinking skills that will help them throughout their lives. Adding the A for art to this lab will help them get to be creative and use their imaginations, which is so important in today's society.
