STEAM Projects for GT Students

Help me give my students a fun experience making projects. We will be building bridges, creating our own water filters, and bringing Doodle Characters into 3D relief. We'll also be making miniature LED light sabers.

My Project

These materials will help us build, create, and innovate!

We will be making a water filter using bottles, sand, and activated carbon.

Students are given these supplies and they decide how best to put them together to get the cleanest possible water! We are also building bridges that hold real weight using popsicle sticks, clay, paper plates, cups, and much more. Students will also be creating large 3D art with Poly-Fil, and making small little lightsabers with straws, batteries, and LED lights!
