My students need robots to help them learn how to code. They also need Circuit Cubes to learn how circuits works and flow in a closed system and play dough.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Students from our K-5 school walk in every morning ready to learn. They want the best for themselves and their families. They come from hard-working families who support them in all different ways. They want to prove to the world that just because you come from a small poverty-stricken town doesn't mean you can't achieve your goals.
I know this because I come from the same town and went to all the same schools.
I know it is possible for each student to succeed, and I want them to have no limit on what they can achieve.
My Project
Learning something new in any subject is a difficult task. Over the years, I have learned that students learn the best and retain the best when they are interested in a subject. Computer Science is a subject that I want all my students to master. My students are obsessed with Star Wars, and I know they will be excited with the Star Wars droid. They will be so excited that they will be able to code an actual robot!!!
I want my students to have the best opportunity to succeed in computer science!
I know with Circuit Cubes and Play-doh Touch my students will be able to learn other aspects of Computer Science besides coding. They will be able to create a circuit that will actually make something move and create! Not many students in our school have the chance to do this, but with your help they are one step closer.
