This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items I am requesting for my students are so that they can stay hydrated throughout the day. At our school, we do not have air conditioning, so my room gets HOT. A lot of students struggle with staying focused because of this.

Having a nice cold drink during these last few weeks of school would be so refreshing for my students.

Again, when student's basic needs are met, they are able to concentrate better and get work done, especially when it's already a hard time to stay focused with summer right around the corner!
