My students come from very diverse backgrounds. Many of my students come from homes where English is not the primary language. Others live in poverty.
I always strive to make my classroom environment a safe and inviting place for my students to learn.
I teach at a community school, where 100% of the students receive free breakfast and lunch. Despite the challenges they face, my students come in every morning eager to learn. I truly believe the school day is the best part of my students' day.
My Project
I am asking for water bottles. These water bottles will be my students everyday water bottles. It is proven that hydration has a major impact on brain function. Giving my students a safe, easy to use, and functional water bottle will help them get the amount of water needed throughout the school day.
Water Bottles are a great way to make sure my students stay hydrated and are ready to learn!
I am asking for 24 water bottles and they will be used every day. With our strict time frame of teaching and transitions, I don't think we get enough time to stop by the water fountain as often as we should. Having water bottles in the classroom will prevent my students from burning out and getting dehydrated throughout the school day.
