This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Incentives and rewards are powerful ways to keep students engaged and excited about learning. With your support, I can provide various rewards from daily treats like pencils and extra privileges to bigger prizes for reaching significant goals to create a positive, goal oriented culture. These incentives will motivate my students to stay focused, challenge themselves, and celebrate their achievements.

My students come from diverse backgrounds, each with unique strengths and challenges; the right incentive can make all the difference in helping them build confidence, stay engaged, and feel a sense of accomplishment.

By offering rewards that resonate with students’ interests and goals, we can create an environment where every student feels recognized and valued. These incentives will inspire them to push themselves further, work together, and embrace their learning journey.
