My Project

As I begin planning for a new school year and a new group of scholars, I am reminded of the importance of building a community of learners - a classroom family. The first few weeks of school are crucial in building this community.

Classroom supplies and learning materials will help my future second-grade superstars start off the school year strong!

I am requesting classroom supplies, brick glasses, books, and more. The following supplies, hands-on manipulatives, and learning materials include: The building bricks glasses and foam picture frame kites will be used as a "Get To Know One Another" activity. Students will design the glasses and picture frames to represent themselves. Classroom rewards such as punch cards will be used to promote positive classroom behavior. Binders will be used as a daily communication tool for families, gen pens will be used in our classroom writing center, and lanyards will be used for special events and field trips.
