Help me give my students flexible seating in our library and around our classroom, as well as materials to help them stay organized and expand on their creative capabilities.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
The new library and flexible seating can play a vital role in the classroom environment. Comfortable and inviting seating options can make my students feel more relaxed and engaged while reading or working on a daily basis. In addition to seating, new art materials can be essential for fostering creativity and self-expression. Through art, my students can utilize brain breaks, expand on characters from literature, and add a colorful touch to curriculum focuses. Through all of the hard work of my students, it's also important to make sure their hard work is organized. Organized work and work spaces provide a smother learning and work environment. Making room for smoother and effective transitions. In conclusion, my goal for these materials is to start the new school year off with a positive outlook on reading and learning for my students.
