Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These items in our cart will help replenish materials in our morning choice bins.
Morning choice is something the kids get to do to start their day by being creative and working on various art and STEM projects together.
The students have really enjoyed morning choice and it motivates them to come to school on time so they can enjoy the activities that they like to do. STEM bins are very popular with the students and after years of use, it is time to update and replenish the materials we have been using.
The students really engage with each other on these projects. They get to do it every morning for the first 30 minutes of their day. As a teacher, I love this because it gives the students free time and free choice to do things they enjoy with their classmates.
