We live in a world of abbreviated texting and use of emojis to express ourselves. These tools will give my students the opportunity to learn how to write down their thoughts on paper without the use of incomplete sentences and abbreviated text they are so used to using! They will learn how to express their thoughts and write passionately! These items will allow my students to be more interactive in their writing. We can use the dry erase board and markers to analyze sentences we see in our reading to project that into our own writing and develop important skills. It will get my students using a hands-on approach to their learning! The lap desks and clipboards will allow my class of writers a unique way to complete their writing tasks in the classroom by not being confined to a desk! They can use these things to write anywhere in the room they feel comfortable!
