This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My family and I recently made the decision to move to Texas from Las Vegas! In the move, I could only bring what fit in my car, which meant leaving behind not only most of my personal belongings, but also much of my classroom materials I had spent the past 4 years collecting (ever since I decided I wanted to become a teacher)! Now, I’m starting fresh in a new state, teaching a new grade level, and building a brand-new classroom from the ground up. On top of that, I’ll be working at a Title I school, and it’s especially important to me that every student has access to the materials they need, regardless of their home circumstances. If you’re able to support my classroom in any way, it would mean more than you know. Thank you so much for your support <3
